📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the sustainable development of Bangka Belitung, aligning with national and regional goals.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of development projects.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the region.
• Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners to foster a collaborative and inclusive development approach.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of development initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Represent Bappenas at national and international forums, advocating for the region's development priorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in economics, development studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in national development planning, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
