📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations including tour scheduling, customer service, and inventory management.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations and sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with travel industry software and tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Certification in tourism or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
