In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in some of the most stunning locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our hotels' infrastructure, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning optimally.

Daily, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, from troubleshooting technical issues to coordinating with vendors for repairs and replacements. You will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient repairs and replacements.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of staff and guests.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Collaborate with hotel management to ensure that maintenance activities align with guest experience goals.
• Provide technical support and training to hotel staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities and maintenance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities and maintenance management in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
