📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Support the Controller in financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support financial decision-making.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements, payables, and receivables.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP.
• Support the Controller in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall financial strategy of the company.
• Learn and apply best practices in financial accounting and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
