📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain facility management policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with property managers, contractors, and vendors to execute facility maintenance and renovation projects.
• Identify business development opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform business development strategies and facility enhancements.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of business development initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility performance and business development outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as FMPro, FM:Web, or similar.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, with a focus on strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
