📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain sales records and customer data using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Process and track sales orders, invoices, and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analytics.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support to the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales transactions.
- Support the logistics team in planning and executing delivery schedules.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or logistics coordination.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
