You’ll work closely with our technology team to optimize our operations using tools like Google Maps API, Uber’s Ride Request API, and our proprietary fleet management system. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the branch.
• Manage a team of drivers and support staff, providing training and mentorship as needed.
• Monitor and optimize fleet performance using our proprietary fleet management system.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the technology team to improve our services and customer experience.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the branch.
• Represent Maxim E-hailing Service at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with fleet management software such as Google Maps API, Uber’s Ride Request API, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
