• Lead and manage process transformation and improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
• Identify areas of inefficiency and implement data-driven solutions using Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement plans.
• Utilize process mapping software to visualize and optimize workflows.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide training and support to staff on new processes and improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process transformation and improvement.
• Report on progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process transformation and improvement, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or a similar process improvement methodology.
• Strong project management skills with experience in leading and delivering high-impact projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficient in using process mapping software, such as Visio or Miro.
