📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in nursing, including anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and clinical nursing.
- Supervise and mentor students in their research projects and clinical placements.
- Develop and update course materials to ensure they meet academic standards and industry requirements.
- Conduct research and publish findings in reputable journals to contribute to the field of nursing.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and practical.
- Provide academic advising and support to students to help them achieve their career goals.
- Participate in faculty meetings and academic committees to contribute to the strategic direction of the nursing program.
- Stay current with advancements in nursing practice and integrate new knowledge into the curriculum.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, preferably with a focus on teaching and academic research.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a higher education institution.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (SIP) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of nursing curriculum standards and best practices.
- Experience in conducting and supervising research projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
