You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of our oil palm trees, as well as overseeing the harvesting, transportation, and processing of our palm oil. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily field operations, including planting, maintenance, and harvesting of oil palm trees.
• Monitor and maintain the health of oil palm trees, ensuring optimal growth and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Develop and implement field operation plans to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
• Train and mentor field workers, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for sustainable and profitable agriculture.
• Utilize GPS and other field management tools to track and manage field operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field supervision or a similar role in the agriculture industry.
• Familiarity with oil palm estate operations and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using GPS and other field management tools, such as Trimble or AgLeader.
• Knowledge of Indonesian agricultural regulations and standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
