As a Branch Manager, you’ll be the heart of our operations in Bali, overseeing daily activities, managing a team of drivers and support staff, and ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll work closely with our technology team to optimize our operations using tools like Google Maps API, Uber’s Ride Request API, and our proprietary fleet management system. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the branch.
- Manage a team of drivers and support staff, providing training and mentorship as needed.
- Monitor and optimize fleet performance using our proprietary fleet management system.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the technology team to improve our services and customer experience.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the branch.
- Represent Maxim E-hailing Service at industry events and conferences.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of local regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with fleet management software such as Google Maps API, Uber’s Ride Request API, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
