📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Create and manage sales forecasts and targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail partners.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the retail handphone industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
