📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Take and relay customer orders to the kitchen staff accurately and efficiently.,Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing.,Address customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.,Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and utensils.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
