📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that drive the company's growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure that financial planning and analysis processes are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance on a regular basis.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the company's annual budget and long-term financial plan.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
