In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our vessels, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with all maritime regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and crew management.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations, international conventions, and company policies.,Conduct safety inspections and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.,Coordinate with shore-based teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of cargo.,Monitor and maintain the vessel's performance, including fuel efficiency, engine health, and other critical systems.,Train and mentor junior officers and crew members to uphold high standards of performance and safety.,Handle emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of the crew and cargo.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, international conventions, and company policies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with cargo handling procedures and equipment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
