📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to expand our customer base.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor new sales team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
