📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market analysis and provide regular sales reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
