📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the purchasing process to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing and procurement.,Collaborate with internal teams to understand product requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in purchasing and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of purchasing principles, processes, and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
