📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure,Answer and direct inquiries about the hotel's services and facilities,Check guests in and out, and ensure accurate record-keeping,Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications,Manage front desk operations, including key control and guest communications,Assist with any special requests or concerns raised by guests,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
