📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully filling open positions.
