📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for various positions within the company.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and leverage referral programs to attract top talent.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a positive and successful transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
