📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Ensure all pastries and desserts are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers.,Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry arts.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Good understanding of cost control and inventory management.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
