📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care and treatment according to medical orders.
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assisting in the administration of medications and treatments.
  • Documenting patient care activities and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
  • Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
  • Assisting in the maintenance and organization of the nursing unit.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare setting.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
