📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant learning management systems.,Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
