📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse environment.,Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in warehouse management.,Proven experience in managing and supervising warehouse staff.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and protocols.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
