CV Cempaka Kencana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a proven track record of maintaining a secure environment. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 24.000.000 – Rp 29.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure the safety of the premises and personnel.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to prevent and detect any potential security threats.,Investigate and respond to any security incidents or breaches in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain and update security records and reports accurately and promptly.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other relevant parties in case of emergencies or security breaches.,Train and supervise junior security personnel to ensure high standards of security are maintained.,Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and ensure compliance with security regulations.,Monitor and control access to restricted areas and sensitive information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a related security role.,Proven track record of maintaining a secure environment and preventing security incidents.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with personnel and visitors.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Valid security guard certification or license.,Familiarity with security technology and equipment such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.,Ability to drive and operate security vehicles if required.
