📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the deployment and implementation of IT and communications solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing infrastructure.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify clients' IT and communications needs.
• Develop and present implementation plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments.
• Work closely with clients to ensure their business needs are met, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT and communications solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and training to clients' staff on the use and maintenance of our solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT implementation, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, network solutions, and communication systems.
• Certifications in ITIL, Cisco, or other relevant IT and communications technologies are a plus.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Familiarity with IT and communications industry standards and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
