Cafe Hendra Electronics is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Ciamis and remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Schedule regular maintenance and servicing for all vehicles,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and company policies,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to the fleet,Generate reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs,Oversee the procurement and disposal of fleet vehicles,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and registered

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations
