📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage office supplies and ensure they are restocked as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internal and external.
- Coordinate with vendors for the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain and update office records and documentation.
- Assist in the organization of company events and activities.
- Support the facility manager in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a general affairs or administrative role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with food processing industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
