📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct guest inquiries and requests.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.,Assist with event planning and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
