Rejeki Intan Store is looking for a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team in Mempawah. This is an immediate opening, so if you're ready to start right away, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in their day-to-day operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Prepare and process monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Support the finance team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Assist in the preparation of payroll for employees.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial administration.,Provide administrative support to the finance manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
