📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment including forklifts, cranes, and other heavy machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Use specialized tools and software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and electrical diagnostic equipment to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance in the company's management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role in the logistics or port operations industry.
• Proven experience with mobile equipment maintenance and repair.
• Certifications in electrical systems, heavy machinery, or a related field are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
