📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and software.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure the availability of IT resources.,Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as operating systems, office suites, and productivity tools.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic programming skills (e.g.PythonJavaScript) are a plus.Experience with cloud services (e.g.AWSGoogle Cloud) is a plus.Certifications in IT-related fields (e.g.CompTIA A+Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
