📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and plan civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.,Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.,Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.,Prepare and submit reports, including progress reports, site inspection reports, and project completion reports.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement them in projects.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel for work.
