📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and menus.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,High school diploma or equivalent.
