📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identifying and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management and the board of directors.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.,Supervising and mentoring junior audit staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the finance or banking sector.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
